Westward gold is a mineral exploration company focused on making an economic gold discovery at the Toiyabe Hills Project in the Cortez District of Lander County, Nevada.
The Company’s flagship asset, Toiyabe Hills, is comprised of 737 claims covering ~61 km² a short distance away from some of Barrick/Nevada Gold Mines’ largest mines and deposits. Toiyabe Hills contains stratigraphic, structural, geochemical, and geophysical settings reminiscent of several major Carlin-type deposits. The Company also controls the Coyote Project on the northern Carlin Trend in Elko County, Nevada. Our Nevada projects are on trend with some of the largest deposits in the world, in one of the most attractive jurisdictions for mining investment.
