Westward has assembled a 3,830-hectare land package, comprised of three projects in the heart of Nevada’s Battle Mountain-Eureka Gold Trend, one of the most prospective mining districts in the world

TOIYABE PROJECT An advanced exploration asset with past drilling, active drill permits in place, and high -grade intervals (2021, Cameron)(1)

TURQUOISE CANYON PROJECT Greenfield property with moderate -stage exploration including soil and rock chip sampling, IP and gravity surveys, and airborne hyperspectral, demonstrating geological characteristics trending eastward from the Toiyabe Project

EAST SADDLE PROJECT Newly -acquired ~800 -hectare property adjacent and to the south of the Toiyabe and Turquoise Canyon Projects, with favourable geological characteristics as seen at Toiyabe

The fully-contiguous properties sit a short distance away from some of Barrick Gold / Nevada Gold Mines’ largest mines and deposits, including Cortez, Cortez Hills, Pipeline, Goldrush, and Four Mile.

Westward Gold is positioned for growth through exploration success and acquisition; tight share structure, strong insider holdings & upcoming catalysts.

Westward holds a dominant, district-scale land position in the area, surrounded by major mining companies and private equity funds.

The three properties lie adjacent to Barrick’s past-producing Toiyabe-Saddle Mine to the north and east, and the claims cover the majority of an exposed carbonate window and associated thrust faults over a combined 5km+ strike length.

Westward is using its vast technical database and leading-edge technology (including aerial and core hyperspectral imaging analysis) to improve and optimize targets. The contiguous land position has never been consolidated or systematically explored using modern techniques.
