
Colin Moore, MBA
President, CEO & Director

Mr. Moore is a mining corporate finance professional with 15 years of industry experience spanning engineering, investment banking, private equity, and junior gold exploration. Most recently, he was a co-founder and director of Momentum Minerals, which was acquired by Westward Gold in July of 2021. Prior to that, he held positions on the investment teams of leading mining-focused private equity funds, first as a Vice President at Waterton Global Resource Management in Toronto and later at Pacific Road Capital in Vancouver. He also previously worked as an investment banker at Bank of Montreal in their Metals and Mining Group in Toronto. Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and an MBA, both from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.

Andrew Nelson, CPA
CFO

Mr. Nelson is an accounting and corporate finance professional with a decade of experience in mining and natural resources. Mr. Nelson was a co-founder and director of Momentum Minerals, which was acquired by Westward Gold in July of 2021. He previously worked on the investment banking team at Dundee Securities Ltd. in Vancouver, advising on merger and acquisitions for global mining companies through all phases of their development cycle, from greenfield exploration through to production. Following that, he was part of the team at Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners, a leading mining-focused merchant bank, where he was responsible for analyzing early-stage public mining ventures. He also worked as a financial auditor for Grant Thornton LLP and Davidson & Company LLP, earning his Chartered Professional Accountant designation auditing large, mid-tier, and small-cap mining companies.

Robert Edie, P.Geo
Vice President of Exploration

Mr. Edie has worked as an economic geologist in Nevada for 14 years, developing expertise in the discovery and development of Carlin-type gold deposits. He is an experienced leader, having held the position of Exploration Manager at the Jerritt Canyon Gold Mine from 2020 to 2023, most recently for First Majestic Silver. Mr. Edie contributed to Gold Standard Venture’s Dark Star deposit from 2015 to 2017 as a Project Geologist, during which time the company achieved impressive discovery success and delivered remarkable value to its shareholders. Mr. Edie brings a systematic approach to target generation and a passion for discovery that is focused on advancing the company’s projects from exploration successes into economic resources. Mr. Edie’s experience includes greenfields, brownfields and near mine exploration from surface and underground. He has experience on the three major Carlin-type gold trends in Nevada, including the Carlin, Battle Mountain/Eureka, and Independence/Eureka Trends. Mr. Edie is a P.Geo. through the AIPG and holds a B.Sc. in Geology from San Diego State University.
